Emma is split between the office and the field. Quietly capable, her sound judgment and balanced approach in all matters, make her the sort of person any good business would aspire to have as a manager. Overseeing the organisation of our team and the day to day business of estate agency, when she isn’t out on house viewings and client appointments you’ll find her negotiating offers, checking chains and monitoring sales progression. Emma is intuitive and a great communicator, nurturing her existing client list and getting to know each of her customers so she can help them find the perfect home. With a background in HR, hospitality and events, Emma has the perfect mix of customer service, sales and systems. A Falmouth girl through and through, when she’s not working you’ll find her spending time with her family and keeping active with her 2 spaniels.
