Lynn Richards - Sales Negotiator and Administrator

Born and raised in Penryn, Lynn is a Cornish local with over 38 years of experience in the property market, working in a variety of roles and is a true “all rounder”. From secretarial and administrative roles to sales negotiator, valuer and branch manager, it’s fair to say she’s worn pretty much every hat. Working in estate agency since 1986 and specialising in Falmouth and Penryn, Lynn’s local knowledge and expertise is second to none. She believes clients should be approached with a down to earth, friendly and positive manner and her professional, proactive and approachable way make her a real asset to the team. When Lynn isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her 18-year-old son, playing with Helston Town Brass Band or can be found strolling the local beaches, mountain bike riding and off-road exploring.
