Mandy loves working for Heather & Lay so much that this is her second time with us following a break to bring up her children. An estate agent for over thiry years and known in the office as “the computer”, with a phenomenal memory, she is the glue keeping us all together, informing the team of real-time developments and an uncanny knack of marrying the right buyer to the right property. Office-based, Mandy is often the first point of contact for potential sellers or buyers so she makes it her mission to know every aspect of what’s happening both in the office and the local housing market. From upcoming negotiations, the stage of every property purchase, potential interest and the word of what’s happening on the street, Mandy is on the pulse when it comes to all things property. A keen runner, in her spare time, Mandy can be found working out, spinning or marathon running. She certainly has stamina!
