Working for us for the past 8 years, Penny is at the heart of Heather & Lay, the hub of everything that is happening. Involved with the paperwork behind each and every property, Penny has her finger on the pulse, managing the systems and the sales particulars. Having always worked in administration, there’s nothing she hasn’t witnessed and she has an amazing memory. Born in Falmouth, she’s a true local with a passion for property and a keen interest in what is happening in the market. Outside of the office, Penny enjoys looking after her grandchildren, gardening and travelling. At the heart of her role is communication with the team and meticulous attention to detail.
