Tracy Millington - Administrator

Tracy, together with Penny, is at the heart of the administration of Heather & Lay. She can be found organising the professional and ariel photography, creating the glossy brochures, collating information and dealing with compliance and GDPR. An all-rounder in our team, you’ll find her working on property details or front of house covering customer service. Despite years of experience in estate agency, Tracy used to own her own graphic design business, so she takes a keen interest in the visuals and the marketing element, organising the brochures and printed media. Tracy has three lovely grandchildren and is a keen golfer and an avid explorer, often with her gorgeous chihuahua companion Seve (he even has his own passport!)
