Tracey Reeves - Sales Progressor

Tracey, our Sales Progressor is our secret weapon and one of our biggest assets. Once a sale is agreed Tracey’s mission is to ensure the sale gets to completion. Nudging and nurturing the sale at every stage, and communicating clearly and effectively with all parties, she is a professional plate-spinner and multi-tasker, dealing with solicitors, purchasers and vendors on a day-to-day basis. With close to 40 years in the industry, Tracey has worked in pretty much every role, from negotiating to working in conveyancing so she has a holistic understanding of the entire experience and approaches each sale with energy, enthusiasm and compassion. Fast-paced, high pressured yet managing expectations and maintaining communication, Tracey really is a machine - full of passion, experience and expertise that is unrivalled in our industry. Her favourite part is when you come to drop off or collect the keys – it is the best feeling to see our customers fulfilling their dreams. When she’s not working, you’ll find her having fun with her granddaughter or walking and exploring Cornwall with her German Shepherd Merlin.
